Refund Policy

All course and training fees paid to Medtech Career are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a different refund term is expressly stated at the time of enrollment.

No refunds will be provided for:

Exceptional cases are handled solely at management's discretion.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused complete months if cancelled within 30 days of purchase, less the value of any benefits already consumed, including books, completed 1:1 sessions, and mock interviews.

No refund is payable where a subscription is terminated by Medtech Career for breach of the Subscription Terms and Conditions.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by writing to us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for, after which the account is closed or reverts to the free plan if eligible.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Raising an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
